Greetings from MSBIRIA!

This communication is regarding the poor condition and proposed renovation of our office. Several issues were observed:

• Multiple water leakages
• Peeling wall paint and damaged wallpaper
• Broken or damaged floor tiles
• Overall lack of upkeep affecting functionality and aesthetics

After reviewing several proposals, Mr. Amar Patil’s plan was found most suitable. It includes:

• Floor tile repairs
• Academic hall upgrade
• New seating arrangements
• Bathroom modifications
• Other essential improvements

Estimated Cost: ₹30 lakhs (approx.)

We invite all members to attend the Emergency General Body Meeting (eGBM) to finalize this initiative.
